Lowcountry Giving day is your chance to make an impact with your presence and your support. On May 3, the coastal community in Charleston and our larger community of supporters all over the country unite to make the Lowcountry a better place to love, grow, create and learn.

Your generosity will make the difference. Thanks to our 2015 Lowcountry Giving Day donors, Annex Dance Company has continued classes, performances, and outreach in Charleston…and beyond! Highlights from this season include performing at the Philly Fringe Festival, remounting our evening length work The Path Taken, and embarking on our residency at the College of Charleston for the Piccolo Spoleto Stelle di Domani Series for the third year.
In 2016, it is even easier to engage and support Annex Dance Company through Lowcountry Giving Day. This year, LGD is partnering with a local tech company to create a simpler, better way to give. Whether you are a long-time or first-time donor, all contributions help Annex Dance Company remain an active and thriving member of our community. We keep education as a core of our mission through weekly company classes, low-cost workshops and residencies, and our partnership with Engaging Creative Minds. We collaborate with visual artists, musicians, actors, dancers every season and at the 2016 Piccolo Spoleto Festival this June, Annex will premiere a new work entitled The Red Suitcase, inspired by the work of eleven artists with a number of guest performers joining the company. Most importantly, we challenge ourselves with every project, and support the arts in our community with our time, talent, and patronage.
