Annex Dance Company is presenting A Light in A Window on Saturday, April 9th, 2022 at The Magnolia Hall at 5:00pm and 7:00pm. This is the company’s return to the venue, formally known as The Schoolhouse, where A Light in A Window debuted in April 2018. Created and performed in collaboration with actor Evan Parry, the movement and text for A Light in A Window is inspired by Leslie Alexander’s painting Abiquiu. Developed as a set score that also uses both dance and theater improvisation techniques, each performance of A Light in A Window promises to be unique.
The company is offering an advanced ticket sale promotion which includes two tickets for a total of $30, which can be used for two tickets for one performance, or one ticket for each performance. Individual tickets can be purchased for $18. Tickets can be purchased online at tickets.annexdancecompany.org.
Masks will be required to be worn at the venue.
